Powdercoated solid black. Corner-cups designed to curve and hold the mattress in place, so it does not slide around! Smartness! Yes, there are plenty of knockoffs for CHEAPER thinner metal and the welds snap! The wires should NOT bend with a simple squeeze! Please. We are "medium-sized Americans" here. Need that extra metal support. And make the legs LOCK for heaven's sake! Also a concern for some is the FEET should not SCRAPE the floor, right? These thick plastic feet should not scrape. We can also add rubber grippers for a couple bucks and peace of mind!
